MONTGOMERY - The Tampa Bay Rays have made one roster change affecting the Montgomery Biscuits.

LHP Brian Henderson has been placed on the disabled list (left shoulder) retro active to August 8. Henderson is the Biscuits all-time leader in appearances and is currently 1-1, with a 3.38 ERA in 27 trips to the mound in 2008. The lefthand specialist has struck out 18, walked 11 and the league bats .291 against him in 26 and 2/3 innings.

The Biscuits now have 23 active players and four on the disabled list.
