Tools

By Alabama News Network

Hundreds of Auburn fans were on hand to greet the football team when it arrived back on Alabama soil after playing in the BCS National Championship Game.

Fans were at Montgomery Regional Airport for the team's arrival from Pasadena, California. It didn't matter that Auburn did not win the game -- the fans still cheered for Auburn's dramatic turnaround season.

What a great team we have. I only hope the players realize that this isn't the end. Maybe a disappointment, but we all have them. This won't stop Tre Mason, Nick Marshall and all the others who gave us a great year of football excellence...men of great character! Don't leave Tre....You can always play pro, you can't always play at Auburn!!
