From the West Alabama Newsroom--  The State Board of Education could vote to intervene in the Selma City School System at its next meeting.

School officials in Selma are working to provide information requested by the state in an effort to prevent the invention.

A state investigation found academic and sexual misconduct in the school system and school officials say the information has to do with the Corrective Action Plan they submitted after that investigation.

The state board meets at  1 PM Wednesday, February 12th in the Gordon Persons Buildin auditorium in Montgomery.
