New Recycling Company Brings Green Jobs to Selma-Dallas Co.

From the West Alabama newsroom--  Dozens of new, green jobs are on the way to Selma -- after a new recycling company opens a plant in the city.

All-Star Recycling company is on a mission to reduce landfill dumping -- by finding beneficial uses for solid waste.

EDA officials say  Allstar Recycling will provide about 10 new jobs initially -- then ramp up to about 30 at full capacity.

International Paper Company is one of the company's primary customers.

Allstar Recycling is based in Muscle Shoals -- and now has five locations across the state.
