A man charged after a December murder in Highland Home, today has his bond cut in half.

Vincent Lowe was in Crenshaw County court today.

He's charged with murder after police say he shot the victim, Albert Lee twice in the head.

His bond was set at $500,000 after his arrest in December.

Today his defense attorney asked his bond be lowered to $50,000.

The judge granted the bond to be dropped to $250,000.

But, if Lowe bonds out, the judge ordered conditions including that he must wear an ankle monitor, stay in Conecuh County where he has family- and is only able to leave under special circumstances.
