Alabama schools Superintendent Tommy Bice will be discussing the new standardized tests. Bice and state school board members will make a presentation this afternoon about the A-C-T Aspire test and other A-C-T assessments that will be given to Alabama students.  The new test replaces the Alabama Reading and Mathematics Test. It is aligned with the Common Core curriculum standards. Statewide testing begins April 28.
