PACT Ruling Overturned by Alabama Supreme Court

The Alabama Supreme Court tossed out the settlement over Alabama's Prepaid Affordable College Tuition plan, also known as PACT.

In a six to one decision the court voids the settlement approved last year by a Montgomery judge that required PACT to pay partial tuition rather than full.

Doyle Fuller who represented parents who supported the settlement says if the ruling stands, PACT will collapse unless it gets more money from the legislature.
