Country crossing developer Ronnie Gilley, lobbyists Jarrod Massey, and Jennifer Pouncy and former State Representative Terry Spicer were scheduled to be sentenced in April and May but federal prosecutors asked for a delay.

They said their cooperation was needed beyond those dates.

In an order issued by U.S District Judge Myron Thompson today, Gilley, Massey and Spicer will be sentenced July 16Th.
