Woman Sentenced in Fatal Car Crash

A Lowndesboro woman learns her fate for killing a man in a car crash.

Loren Hardy will serve 60 days in the Autauga County Jail  and then be released and put on 36 months of supervised probation.

She also must pay fines and court costs and restitution to the victim's family in excess of $16,000

Hardy pleaded guilty to the negligent homicide for killing Lance Ray Martin, Junior in a June 19, 2011 car crash.
