Woman Found Shot to Death in Covington Co.

Covington County deputies are investigating a possible homicide near Red Level.

Chief Deputy David Anderson tells CBS 8 News that the body of 54-year-old Catherine Symanowsk was discovered in a home on Palmer Lane. He says she'd been shot several times.

Anderson says a second person, 68-year-old Gerald Palmer, was also shot. He was taken to a hospital for treatment.
