A Brewton woman is dead after an overnight accident in Montgomery County. Alabama State Troopers say 22-year-old April Denise Jackson was killed when the car she was driving left the road and overturned.

The accident happened just after 3:30 a.m. Friday Mount Zion Road, three miles south of Montgomery. Jackson was pronounced dead at Baptist South Hospital. Troopers say preliminary reports show alcohol may have been a factor in the crash. This incident is still under investigation.
