Tuskegee Police Release Suspect's Name Wanted for Drive-By Shooting

Tuskegee Police release the name of the suspect they say is involved in a drive-by shooting that left five people injured, including a 14 year old.

Police say Deverious Ferrell is wanted for five counts of attempted murder.

They say it happened at Capricorn Apartment Complex on September 23.

Police Chief Lester Patrick tells CBS 8 News, a silver car came into the apartment complex.

Patrick says the driver was armed with an assault rifle and fired numerous shots into at the apartment building.

One of the victims attends Booker T. Washington High School in Tuskegee.
