The names of two people involved in a fatal truck accident in Montgomery have been released.

State troopers say 31-year-old Joshua Barnhill of Montgomery was killed when the car he was riding in collided with a log truck.

The driver of the car, 30-year-old James Causey was seriously injured and transported to a local hospital.

The accident happened about 4:15 Wednesday afternoon at the intersection of Old Selma Road and West Boulevard.

Montgomery Police Chief Kevin Murphy says they were working on a counterfeiting investigation when law enforcement officials spotted the alleged suspects in a stolen car.

When officers pulled them over, the driver fled and crashed the car into an 18-wheeler.

State troopers are continuing to investigate the accident.

Joshua Barnhill was a mean and cruel person. There are many, many victims from this "want to be thug"..what an IDIOT he was. I guess now the taxpayers are on the hook for all the kids he had and NEVER paid for. Also the Prattville city court let this fool off many, many times to hurt innocent people. That right judge Colley. You are the worst.
