By Molly Clifton

The University of Alabama President is speaking out on changes made to the greek system on campus after allegations of racism.

Dr. Judy Bonner says sororities have offered 200 bids in the past few weeks, and 145 of those have been accepted.

Of those accepting bids, 23 are minorities, with 14 of those being African Americans.

Now all sororities on campus have minority members.

The Office of Greek Affairs is working to develop plans for the next rush period so that these changes will last.
