Two Troy University athletes have been suspended after their arrests in the early Saturday morning shooting at a local Troy business.

At 2:20 A.M. Saturday, officers arrived on the 300 Block of South Three Notch Street to large crowds in the parking lot of a local business.

Troy Police arrested 21 year old Brooke Bowie, a basketball player at Troy and, according to the Troy Messenger, Jadarius Garner, a 20 year old university football player for disorderly conduct.

Officers did not find any gunshot wound victims, but stayed until the crowd cleared.

There were, however, two people injured during a fight that happened before officers arrived.
