Montgomery Police make two arrests in city's 17th homicide.

MPD arrested Khari Jackson and Wendell Scott, both 18 years old of Montgomery.

The teens have been charged with murder in the shooting death of 18 year old John Tolliver.

According to police, an ongoing feud between Tolliver and the two suspects lead to the shooting.

On Thursday, March 21, at about 10:45 p.m., MPD and Fire Medics responded to the 4900 block of Hatton Avenue.

At the scene, Tolliver was located with a gunshot wound. Tolliver was later pronounced dead at the scene before midnight.

Jackson and Scott are currently at the Montgomery County Detention Facility, where they are being held on a $75,000 bond.
