Montgomery Police make two arrests in the city's 11th homicide.

Police say Devonte Worley, 18, and Jarquez Smith, 20, both of Montgomery were arrested and charged with capital murder in the death of 21-year-old Darium Hill.

Hill was shot and killed on Friday, March 1, in the 900 block of Airbase Blvd. at about 2:40 p.m.

Worley and Smith are being held in the Montgomery County Detention Facility without bond. Worley was already being held there on unrelated charges, according to police.
