Troy Woman to Make "Family Feud" Debut

By Brittany Bivins

A Troy woman is making her debut on a TV game show with her family by her side.

Sheri Lewis LaBrant will appear on "Family Feud" Wednesday with her parents and brothers.

The Lewis family traveled to Atlanta to compete on the show, hosted by comedian Steve Harvey, where different families square off to try to win $100,000 and a new car.

LaBrant says her family auditioned for the show last June and was one of eight families called back.

She says the best part was sharing the whole experience with her family.

"I think that was really touching to see, like look at my mom and dad, and like, that they were genuinely having a good time and them being like goofy with my brothers, you know, like we were kids and we're grown-ups, so I don't know, it was really kind of fun," said LaBrant.

The Lewis Family episode will air Wednesday at 3:00 on ABC Montgomery.
