After Sequester, Troy University Offers Special Military Scholarships

By Alabama News Network

With the uncertainty of the sequester affecting thousands of Alabamians, Troy University is helping active duty, reserve, and national Guard undergraduate students with three new scholarships.

The Troy for Troops Active Duty-Military Discount Scholarship, the Military Reserves Discount Scholarship, and the National Guard Discount Scholarship will cut undergrad tuition to $250 per credit for those who normally be eligible for military tuition assistance.

The scholarships are available to both full and part-time undergraduate students through the 2013-2014 school year.

It also applies to both in-classroom and online courses.
