Troy University to release results of hazing review

TROY, Ala. (AP) - Officials at Troy University are expected to release results of their review of a recent hazing offense at a campus fraternity.


University spokesman Clif Lusk says Herbert Reeves, the dean of student services, is expected to release the school's decision Tuesday on whether any action will be taken.


School officials say the offense occurred at the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity.


Lusk says


that the fraternity has been suspended for the semester pending further judicial review. The decision being released Tuesday involves possible disciplinary action against the students.

Troy University Police Chief John McCall said university police investigated the offense and determined it to be hazing, and then turned over their investigation to the student services department of the university.
