Three people are dead in Tuscaloosa after what police are calling a murder-suicide.

Tuscaloosa police say an ex-deputy sheriff ran his wife and her male companion off the road - killing them both before fatally shooting himself. Investigators say the ex-deputy confronted his wife at the man's house before chasing them and ramming them with his vehicle.

His body was found this morning with a single gunshot wound to the head. No names have been released.
