From the CBS 8 West Alabama Newsroom-- Alabama State Troopers are spreading a little Christmas cheer to children who may have to spend the holidays in the hospital.
Troopers passed out Trooper teddy bears to more than a dozen children Thursday morning at Vaughan Regional Medical Center in Selma.
It was all a part of their annual statewide Teddy Bear campaign.
Troopers say they look forward to taking part in the event each year during the holidays.
