Alabama Department of Education officials are slated to begin outlining their plans for improvements within the Montgomery Public School System.

State education officials are holding an orientation tomorrow with administrators, teachers and other staff members to lay out an action plan for the school system. That comes after allegations of grade changing by some teachers that led to a state investigation and the departure of Superintendent Barbara Thompson.
