Just minutes after the news of the Boston explosions hit the airwaves Monday, many people were on Facebook and Twitter expressing their shock and sadness.
We asked some of you about your thoughts on our Facebook page.

Marty Parten Lynn says... "My thoughts and prayers are with all of Boston. It's really cowardly for someone to do something like this, but it brings out the good in others. God bless Boston."

Kiersten Nurse says... "Such a senseless tragedy.. My heart truly goes out to the victims and their families."

Aja Hawkins says.. "My prayers are with the victims and families of the victims of this horrible tragedy...nowhere seems to be safe anymore...my hope is that the mastermind of this senseless crime is brought to justice."
