While many of us watched are watching this year's debates on television, millions interact and follow the candidates' every move on Facebook and Twitter.
Many people involved with social media for Campaign 2012 are younger voters, like a group of students at Huntingdon College following the debate at a watch party.
Students' eyes were bouncing back and forth between the televised vice presidential debate and their phones and laptops. And most say social media is playing a big role in the election this fall.
Huntingdon will host another watch party next Tuesday for the second presidential debate.
