A second person has been arrested in connection with a home invasion that injured the in-laws of state representative Jay Love of Montgomery.
Montgomery police say Wilanu Colins has been arrested on burglary and assault charges.
Collins turned himself in to the U.S. Marshal's service Monday morning.
Love says his in laws and their housekeeper were at their home on Monticello Drive on the morning of September 14th when two men entered with a gun.
Love says his 73-year-old mother-in-law suffered broken bones and bruises.
Police say the robbery was not a random crime.
