Pratt Park will Receive Grant Money for Splash Pad Today

     This Summer Prattville's  Pratt Park beat out more than 16-thousand other parks to become "America's Favorite Park."
     Today Pratt Park will finally receive grant money to install the long-awaited Splash Pad.
     Representatives from the Coca-Cola Company, park officials and area dignitaries will be on hand to accept the 100-thousand dollar check.
     Plus, the Alabama Department of Environmental Management will announce another grant worth more than 40-thousand dollars to build the splash pad surface out of recycled tire beading.
     The event will take place this morning at 10 a-m at Pratt Park.
