Both squads won the AISA 3A state championship title. This is the second state title for the varsity squad and the first for junior varsity.

The competition was held in Montgomery at the Cramton Bowl, about 25 other teams were there competing. The 26 cheerleaders worked all summer with their coaches..just like football players they would have two-a-days.

Natalie Lankfor, varsity coach said,  "You know we've had bruises, and bloody noses, and broken bones, recovering from a couple of surgeries. But they have worked really really hard."

They worked so hard, in fact they only have had two weeks off since school got out in May.
