The person killed in a three-car crash in Montgomery County has been identified.

 

State Troopers say 65-year-old Lige Hester of Troy was killed when the SUV he was driving on US highway 231 crossed the median and hit an 18-wheeler.

Hester was not wearing a seat belt.

A third vehicle was hit by debris.

A second wreck happened due to the traffic that was backed-up.
