By Brittany Bivins

Troy Police are on the scene of an early morning shooting that left one man dead and another person injured.

Troy Police say they got a call just after 6:00 Monday morning about a shooting at Woodland Hills Apartments in Troy. When they arrived, they found one man dead and a woman suffering from gunshot wouds. The woman's injuries are not life-threatening.

Police say they arrested 24-year-old Tiffany Upshaw. According to police, there is a history of domestic confrontations between Upshaw and the male victim. Police wouldn't say if the two are currently in a relationship. They wouldn't release many details about what led up to the shooting, but say neither the man nor Upshaw lived there.
