Multi-Million Dollar Campus Improvement Project Underway at CCA

By George McDonald

From the West Alabama Newsroom--  A multi-million dollar campus improvement project is underway at Concordia College Alabama in Selma.

School officials say the project includes a new on-campus football, track and soccer facility and a road connecting the East and West Campuses.

They say it also includes a major renovation of the Kreft Campus Center that includes a new on-campus movie theater.

"It's going to be a great improvement, I'm looking forward to it because this pretty much the first time students have a place where they can go to the movies right on campus," said Concordia graduate Oronde Walker.

The project is part of a 15 million dollar capital campaign to improve and expand the campus over the next three years.
