A man is dead following a shooting in Montgomery.
Police tell CBS 8 news 41-year-old Walter Lee Frazier died at a montgomery hospital after being shot multiple times.
Police say Frazier was shot during a verbal disagreement with an acquaintance.
The shooting happened in the 600 block of Upchurch circle arout 7:30 last night.
Montgomery police have identified a suspect, but there have been no arrests in this case.
This is Montgomery's 18th homicide of the year.

This is awful his ex wife new boyfriend of two months killed this man. What will she tell her son about the death of his father?

This just disgust me.. This man was trying to c his son. How could a mother #1, a woman #2, allow this to happen to the father of her child? It would seem to me that she should've told her new boyfriend to stay out of it, or when things was getting out of hand, why wasn't the police called?? Why did it take this man getting shot multiple of times??? I hope the police get her as well as the guy who pulled the trigger, because there was definitely some shady mess going on with her.

RIP POTT.. U will be truly missed.. U will never b forgotten. U were so cool, funny, and u know u get down on the dance floor. U didn't deserve this, and I know that just as sure that there is a God up above, everyone who was involved will b brought to justice.
