Montgomery Police Name Suspect in City's 31st Homicide of 2013

Montgomery police have identified Tonya Moore as the suspect in the city's latest homicide case.

Police say Moore, 36, is charged with murder in the shoting death of 33-year-old Neal Jackson. Police say Moore was Jackson's girlfriend.

Jackson was found shot to death on Park Manor Drive around 8 o'clock Wednesday night. Police say the couple had been involved in an argument before Jackson was shot.

Moore was taken into custody at the scene. She is being held on a $75,000 bond.

Jackson's death is the 31st homicide in Montgomery in 2013.
