Montgomery Police Make Arrest in City's 28th Homicide

Montgomery police make an arrest in the city's 28th homicide of the year.

Jeffery Howard is charged with murder in connection with the death of Oterious Belser. Police say Belser died at a Birmingham hospital November 21st from injuries he received when he was hit by a car.

Police say Belser was intentionally struck on Davis Drive on the night of November 18th.
