Montgomery police have charged a man in connection with a Friday morning home invasion that injured the in-laws of state representative Jay Love.
Police say they have charged 31-year-old Elton Walton with three counts of robbery, one count of burglary, and one count of assault.
Love says his in-laws and their housekeeper were home when two men entered with a gun. He says his 73-year-old mother-in-law suffered broken bones and bruises.
Police say the robbery was not a random offense.
They are still looking for another suspect in this case.
