Suspect in Custody in Montgomery Homicide

Montgomery Police tell CBS-8 News officers are investigating a deadly Sunday afternoon shooting in the Evergreen Estates Mobile Home Park off of the Troy Highway.

Police found a 72-year old male with a fatal gunshot wound to the head in the 5000 block of Long Leaf Pine Dr. Police currently have an adult male in custody, but no charges have been filed.

Once next of kin have been notified the victim's information will be released.
