By CBS 8 News

Montgomery police have identified skeletal remains found last month near Carmichael Road.

Police say the remains are that of a man who had been reported missing in 2008. Investigators say the cause of death cannot be determined, but they do not suspect foul play.

Police have notified the family, but are not releasing the man's name.

Runners discovered the remains in woods off Central Parkway near Woodmere Boulevard.
