Montgomery Police arrested 23-year old Joshua Sanders of Montgomery as a suspect in the road rage turned murder in Montgomery Friday night.

Police say Sanders is charged with one count of capital murder for shooting and killing 32-year old Darrell Howard.

Sanders turned himself in at police headquarters early Sunday. He is being held without bond at the Montgomery County Detention Facility.

Police say the city's 26th homicide happened at about 8 p.m. Friday, at the intersection of Brookview and Dyas Drive.

Initial investigation shows the victim was shot and killed over a traffic collision, but police aren't releasing how the Sanders was involved in the crash.

Police say they continue to investigate the homicide, and no other information is availble at this time.
