Missing Talladega Boy Found

Five-year-old Thomas Evan Diggs was found safe and sound after going missing the day after Christmas

His father, Thomas Eric Diggs, was taken into police custody.

On Wednesday, the Alabama Department of Public Safety issued a missing child alert for the young boy who was allegedly taken by his father in Talladega.

CBS 8 was unable to get in touch with the Talladega Police but no further information is available at this time.
