Marengo Co. Tornado Victims Two Years After the Storm

More than a dozen homes were destroyed in Marengo County when a tornado hit the Bellington Circle community near Linden -- two years ago.

Tornado victims say their lives will never be the same but they have made significant progress on the road to recovery.

They also say the two year ordeal has strengthened their faith.

"The homes and stuff that was destroyed they're gone and we have more homes that God blessed us with," said tornado victim Yvonne Kirkland.

The April 15th tornado happened about two weeks before the mile-wide tornado that ripped through the city of Tuscaloosa.
