A man accused of raping a woman near Highland Home has been found guilty.
Prosecutors say last March Daryll Gipson assaulted and raped a 67-year old at her home in the middle of the night.
Prosecutors also say Gipson stole money from the victim and forced her to drive to another location, where she later escaped and drove away.
District Attorney, Charlotte Tesmer says Gipson was found guilty on all charges, including rape, assualt, robbery and burglary. She says kidnapping was reduced to unlawful imprisonment.
He will be sentenced next month.
