Man Charged with Reckless Murder for Fatal Wreck

A man is arrested after a fatal crash Tuesday morning in Montgomery.

Montgomery police say they have charged 35-year-old Andre Mosley with reckless murder. The charges are in connection with the death of his passenger, Zack Lykes

The crash happened about 3:30 Tuesday morning at the intersection of Rosa Parks and West Boulevard.

Police say the car driven by Mosley entered the intersection and was hit by a truck tractor.

Two other passengers in the car were taken to a local hospital with injuries.

Lykes was pronounced dead on the scene.
