Man Charged with "Critterman" Murder Out of Jail

By CBS 8 News

A man charged with capital murder in the death of Ralph McNeil, also known as Skip the Critterman, is out of jail.

Montgomery County Sheriff D.T. Marshall tells CBS 8 News that Nash was released from jail this morning.

The reason for his release is unknown.

Nash and his fiance, Serena English, are accused of hiring two men to kill McNeil.

Prosecutors say the killing was the result of a child custody dispute between McNeil and English.
