Man Accused of Shooting Police Dog to Appear in Court

 Frank Raven will appear in Court today. Raven was charged in connection with the shooting of the Montgomery Police dog,Bodi, back in January.
     Raven is facing charges of robbery, assault, and attempted killing of a police dog.
    He was charged after being released from the hospital where he was treated after police shot him after they say he shot the police dog...
