Apartment construction is well underway at Lurleen B. Wallace Community College in Andalusia.
It's been about a month since the college broke ground at LBW and the roofs have just been put up. The apartments are known as "Saint's Hall."
They're located adjacent to the school and will be able to house 96 students.
The college was able to fund the project through a federal loan. The nearly $3 million project will be a first for any of the LBW campuses.
Students can now start applying to live at Saint's Hall. They'll be able to move in this fall.
