The first person to plead guilty in the gambling corruption trial,Jennifer Pouncy, will be sentenced today.
Lawyers for Pouncy say the former county crossing casino lobbyist should receive probation instead of jail time because of her early cooperation with investigators and her testimony in the two trials.
The attorney general's office disagrees and says Pouncy should serve two years in prison.
     Pouncy pleaded guilty to conspiracy.
