Fountain Runs Pink for Cancer Awareness

The water at the One Court Square fountain was running “pink” today.
The Joy of Life Foundation tinted the water in honor of Montgomery’s Half Marathon and Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Joy of Life provides mammograms and breast cancer resources to folks in 29 Alabama counties.
So far they’ve provided over 1700 mammograms to women over 50 without insurance.
The fountain will run pink throughout the month of October.
