Former Prattville Pastor Sentence for Child Pornography Charges

A Prattville pastor who pleaded guilty to child pornography charges learns his fate in court Wednesday.

63-year-old Clyde David Myers was sentenced to 20 years in prison.

He pleaded guilty to two counts of possessing obscene materials of a child under 17.

Myers must also now register as a sex offender.

He was arrested in September, after police say they found more than 15,000 pictures of child pornography on his computer at home and at Prattville Community Church where he served as pastor.
