Former Chief Justice Roy Moore's Son Arrested

The son of the state's former supreme court chief justice and current presidential hopeful Roy Moore spent the night behind bars.

21-year-old Caleb Moore was arrested in Crenshaw County Sunday after authorities found drug paraphernalia and a controlled substance in his car.

Moore was originally pulled over for speeding.

In addition to drug possession and speeding charges, Moore has been charged with driving under the influence.
