Suspect Faces Attempted Murder Charges in Covington Co.

A shooting suspect is caught in Covington County after an all-night search.

Deputies say Bobby Nixon is charged with attempted murder.

Investigators say a woman was shot in the head inside her parked car late last night off Pigeon Creek Road near Red Level.

She was flown to a hospital in Pensacola, Florida, for treatment.

Deputies are still trying to determine whether this shooting might have been an accident, even though Nixon has been charged.
